The Institute of Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery has as its center of operations the Center for Diagnosis, Advanced Medicine, Medical Conferences and Telemedicine (CEDIMAT) in Santo Domingo; The Northern Medical Union and the Santiago Metropolitan Hospital (HOMS), in Santiago de los Caballeros.
